Refund policy

Everything we sell is a digital download. Because a download cannot be returned once you have it, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

We would rather you knew what you were buying than had to ask for your money back, so before you buy:

  • Echo Valley has a free 4 day trial. The full plug-in, nothing held back. Install it, use it in your own projects, and decide.
  • Sample packs have audio previews on every product page.
  • System requirements are listed in full so you can check it runs on your setup before paying.

If something is wrong

This policy is about changing your mind. It is not about us failing to deliver.

Contact us at contact@echo-tone.com and we will put it right if:

  • your download link or licence never arrived
  • the files are corrupt or will not install
  • you were charged more than once for the same order
  • the product does not do what the product page says it does

We answer every email. Most of these take minutes to fix.

Licence problems

If you lose your Echo Valley licence file, reply to your order email and we will send it again at no cost. If you are locked out because your licence is already on 3 computers, email us and we will free one.

European Union and United Kingdom customers

You normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase without giving a reason. That right does not apply to digital content once download has begun, provided you agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged losing the right to cancel. By completing your purchase and downloading, you agree to immediate delivery and accept that the 14 day cancellation right no longer applies.

If your download has not begun, you can still cancel within 14 days. Email contact@echo-tone.com.

Chargebacks

If you believe an order is wrong, email us first. We can usually resolve it the same day, and a chargeback on a digital product that was delivered will simply be disputed with the delivery record attached.
