Royalty free except major placements
Melodic phrases, loops, vocal loops and bonus samples. Exactly the same freedom everywhere else. On a major placement you have to clear it with us first, before the record comes out.
What a major placement means
A release on a major label or one of its subsidiaries, or any sync: film, television, advertising, trailers or games. Nothing else. Not a stream count, not a chart position, not a follower number.
The one thing you cannot do
Share the sounds as sounds. Do not reupload a kit, do not put the files into your own sample pack, do not pass the download around. The music you make with them is yours. The files themselves stay ours.

Each kit lists its own folders on its product page, because not every kit has every category. Some older kits shipped with their own terms inside the download, and where those grant you more than this page does, they still do.
